A. Yes, Magna-Pak offers Free Shipping in North America on all orders. There is a nominal handling charge of $5.95 applied. Mattress Pads ship FEDEX courier, usually within 5 business days.

 

Q. Do you price match your mattress pads? If I find a magnetic mattress comparable to yours, will you match the price?

A. Yes, we Guarantee the best pricing. We price match plus we offer FREE gifts which you may keep, even if you return the mattress pad.

 

Q. I have noticed some companies do not allow returns on mattress pads, do you?

A. Yes, we give you 6 months to keep the mattress pad. Some people's bodies need time to adjust to the magnetic energy, while other people feel significantly better immediately, it all depends on your chemical make-up, and this is why we give people plenty of time.
