Payment Acceptance
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Paypal for online orders. If you
prefer, you may phone your order information in to 1-800-361-1387. We also
accept certified checks, international money orders and electronic bank
transfers. Shipping cost, customs, duties and taxes for International shipments outside the
United States must be paid by the ultimate consignee. Please email
staff@magnapak.com for international shipping rates.

Magna-Pak will not share personal and confidential information of any kind about our customers or contacts. This includes your e-mail address, postal address, phone number, and any other personal data. We honor your right to privacy. Our on-line ordering system is a secure system. Shipping
All retail orders are shipped FREE of charge within USA and Canada. Magnetic mattress pads ship FEDEX courier for no extra charge. All other retail orders ship United States Postal service* (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, there is a small charge to ship to these areas). Courier shipping is available within USA for $17.95 (handling included) at checkout if the order is time sensitive. A nominal handing charge of $5.95 is applied to all retail orders. Customs,duties and taxes for international shipments outside the United States must be paid by the ultimate consignee if applicable. Mattress Pads
As of 2002, Magnetic Mattress Pads (full-length models) are sold with a 180-Day (6-Month) Satisfaction Guarantee. The magnetic components of all Magna-Pak products are guaranteed for the life of the product. 99% of our customers keep their mattress pads and are very happy with their purchase. If you decide to send back the pad within the 6 month period, you may return the mattress pad for refund of the purchase price less 15% re-stocking, shipping & handling. We are so convinced that you will love your mattress pad, that you may keep your free gifts, even if you send back the pad. Damaged, soiled, worn or abused items are not available for refund.

Magna-Flow- 180 day satisfaction guarantee if returned. 15% restocking fee, shipping & handling. Magna-Pak Inc,
further warrants the quality of materials and workmanship for ten (10) full
years. This product may take time to work, as it depends on the severity of the
blocked pipes.
Product Guarantee and Returns Policy
All products carry a 90-day replacement guarantee for manufacturer's defects.
The magnetic components of all Magna-Pak products are guaranteed for the life of
the product. All products except as noted below** are sold with a 30 Day
Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or
return the item for a refund of the purchase price less 15% re-stocking fee,
shipping and handling. We are so convinced you will love our products, if you
receive Free gifts, you may keep them. Prepaid shipping costs and handling will
also be deducted from the refund. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days
of invoice date.
Please note: Products being returned must be properly cleaned and
returned undamaged (except for normal wear). Damaged, soiled, worn out or abused
items are not eligible for refund.

and personal face masks are not eligible for refund.
30 day return policy does not apply to
wholesale/reseller purchases.
How to Return Products:
Returned items must be prepaid and sent by US Post. We suggest you purchase
insurance for your own protection. We will credit your account, after we have
received back the item. Do not use UPS, FedEx couriers etc. to return items.
Important Steps – Call Magna-Pak for return authorization "before" returning a product. You will be given the address for Magna-Pak’s Return department. Call 1-800-361-1387 for return instructions. If this protocol is not followed, a refund will not be granted.

Magna-Pak Pricing Information
Magna-Pak strives to provide accurate product and pricing information. Pricing
or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an
incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error,
Magna-Pak shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any
orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is incorrectly priced,
Magna-Pak may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel
your order and notify you of such cancellation.
